These Terms and Conditions (the "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you (the "User", "Player", "You", or "Your") and pisa4d (the "Company", "We", "Us", or "Our"), governing your access to and use of the pisa4d online gaming platform available at https://pisa4d.cam (the "Website" or "Platform"). By creating an account, accessing the Website, placing bets, playing games, or using any of our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this Agreement in its entirety, together with our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy, which are incorporated herein by reference.
If you do not agree with any provision of this Agreement, you must immediately cease all use of the Website and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following any modifications to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of such modifications. We reserve the right to update, amend, or modify this Agreement at any time without prior notice. Material changes will be communicated via email to your registered address or through prominent notices on the Website. Account registration requires you to provide accurate, current, and complete information including your full legal name as it appears on your Indonesian National ID (KTP), date of birth, residential address, valid email address, and active mobile phone number. You are permitted to register only one (1) Account per person, per household, per IP address, and per payment method. Multiple accounts, duplicate accounts, or accounts registered using false information will result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of all balances.
Your username and password are confidential credentials that you must safeguard at all times. You are solely responsible for all activities that occur under your Account, whether authorized by you or not. If you suspect unauthorized access to your Account, you must notify pisa4d customer support immediately via live chat, WhatsApp, or email. We are not liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain the security and confidentiality of your Account credentials.
pisa4d is legally obligated to verify the identity of all users to prevent fraud, money laundering, underage gambling, and identity theft. Within 72 hours of registration or before your first withdrawal (whichever occurs first), you must complete KYC verification by submitting:
Verification typically completes within 1-24 hours during business days. Accounts that remain unverified after 30 days may be restricted from placing bets, receiving bonuses, or making withdrawals. Deliberately providing false or fraudulent documents will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of all funds.
pisa4d operates a strict 21+ age verification policy. Underage gambling is illegal under Indonesian law and strictly prohibited on our Platform. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately closed, all bets voided, and all deposits and winnings forfeited with no exceptions.

Minimum deposit amount is Rp 50,000. Maximum deposit limits vary by payment method and account verification status, typically ranging from Rp 50,000,000 to Rp 100,000,000 per transaction. Deposits via bank transfer during banking hours (Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM WIB) are processed instantly within 5 minutes. E-wallet deposits are processed in real-time 24/7. Off-hours bank transfers are queued and processed within 24 hours of submission.
All deposits must originate from a payment account registered in your own legal name. Third-party deposits, payments made by friends, family members, business partners, or any other individual are strictly prohibited and will be reversed. You may only deposit funds that you legally own and have the right to use for gambling purposes. Deposits derived from criminal activity, fraud, money laundering, or other illegal sources are prohibited and will be reported to relevant authorities.
pisa4d does not charge fees for deposits. However, your bank or payment provider may impose transaction fees, currency conversion charges, or other costs that are beyond our control. You are responsible for all such third-party fees. Once a deposit is credited to your Account Balance, it cannot be reversed, refunded, or canceled except in cases of technical error verified by our payment processors.
You may request a withdrawal of your Account Balance at any time, subject to KYC verification completion and fulfillment of any active bonus wagering requirements. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for your most recent deposit, in accordance with anti-money laundering regulations. If your original deposit method is unavailable for withdrawals, alternative arrangements may be made through customer support verification.
Minimum withdrawal amount is Rp 100,000. Maximum withdrawal limits are Rp 50,000,000 per transaction and Rp 200,000,000 per week for standard accounts. To prevent money laundering and bonus abuse, pisa4d requires that deposited funds be wagered at least one (1) time at minimum odds before withdrawal eligibility. For example, a Rp 500,000 deposit must generate at least Rp 500,000 in total wagers (win or lose) before that balance can be withdrawn. This turnover requirement applies to all deposits regardless of whether a bonus was claimed.
If you have an active bonus, you must complete all wagering requirements associated with that bonus before withdrawing any funds. Withdrawal requests made while bonus wagering is incomplete will result in forfeiture of the bonus and any winnings derived from bonus play. pisa4d reserves the right to request additional identity verification, payment method verification, or source of funds documentation before processing withdrawals exceeding Rp 10,000,000 or if suspicious activity is detected. We do not charge fees for standard withdrawals. However, excessive withdrawal requests (more than 5 per day) may incur administrative fees, and your bank may apply receiving fees.
pisa4d offers various bonuses including welcome bonuses, deposit match bonuses, free spins, cashback, reload bonuses, and loyalty rewards. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions detailed on the promotional page at the time of the offer. General bonus rules include:
pisa4d employs sophisticated monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse and fraudulent play patterns. Prohibited activities include but are not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses repeatedly, colluding with other players, employing betting strategies designed solely to meet wagering requirements with minimal risk (e.g., hedging opposite bets), using software or bots to automate play, and exploiting game malfunctions or system errors to gain unfair advantage.
Users found engaging in bonus abuse will have all bonuses and associated winnings voided, accounts suspended or permanently closed, and deposits returned minus any fraudulent winnings. pisa4d reserves the right to refuse bonuses to any player at our sole discretion.
All games offered on the pisa4d Platform use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology or live dealer streams to ensure fair and unpredictable outcomes. In the event of match postponement, abandonment, or cancellation, bets are typically voided and stakes returned unless the match is completed within 48 hours. Live betting odds are updated in real-time and bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the moment of bet confirmation.
Casino game results are final and cannot be disputed once the round is complete and settled. If you believe a game has malfunctioned or an incorrect payout occurred, you must report the issue to customer support within 30 days of the game session, providing your Account username, game name, date, time, and detailed description of the error. pisa4d will investigate and, if an error is confirmed, correct your balance accordingly. The Company's decision on all disputes is final and binding.

pisa4d reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your Account at any time, with or without prior notice, if we reasonably suspect or determine that:
Upon suspension or termination, your access to the Platform will be revoked, all pending bets will be settled or voided at our discretion, and any remaining legitimate balance (excluding bonus funds and fraudulently obtained winnings) will be returned to your registered payment method after completion of any necessary investigations.
You may close your Account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat or email. Before closure, you must withdraw your entire Account Balance or forfeit any remaining funds. Accounts with pending bonuses, wagering requirements, or unresolved disputes cannot be closed until those matters are resolved. Once your Account is closed, you may not create a new Account without express written permission from pisa4d management.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, pisa4d, its parent companies, subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, employees, agents, contractors, and licensors (collectively, the "pisa4d Parties") shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:
The pisa4d Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or completely secure at all times.
In no event shall the aggregate liability of the pisa4d Parties exceed the total amount of deposits you made to your Account during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim, or Rp 10,000,000, whichever is less.
All content on the pisa4d Platform, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, video clips, software code, user interfaces, and the compilation thereof (the "Content"), is the exclusive property of pisa4d or its licensors and is protected by Indonesian and international copyright, trademark, patent, and other intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store, transmit, or exploit any Content without prior written consent from pisa4d.
The pisa4d name, logo, and all related trademarks, service marks, trade names, and trade dress are proprietary marks owned by pisa4d. Unauthorized use of any pisa4d trademarks or branding is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By using the pisa4d Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy, including data required for account registration, KYC verification, payment processing, customer support, fraud prevention, and compliance with legal obligations.

This Agreement and any disputes arising out of or in connection with your use of the pisa4d Platform shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which pisa4d holds its gaming license, without regard to conflict of law principles. To the extent applicable, Indonesian consumer protection laws and regulations shall also apply.
If you have any complaint or dispute concerning the Platform, you must first contact our customer support team via live chat, WhatsApp, or email at [email protected]. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve the issue amicably within fourteen (14) business days.
If the dispute cannot be resolved through customer support, you may escalate the matter by submitting a formal written complaint to our Compliance Department. The complaint must include your full name, Account username, detailed description of the issue, supporting evidence (screenshots, transaction IDs, game logs), and your desired resolution. We will investigate and respond within thirty (30) business days.
Any disputes that remain unresolved after exhausting the above processes shall be subject to binding arbitration administered under the rules of the Indonesian National Board of Arbitration (BANI) or another mutually agreed arbitration body. The arbitration shall be conducted in English or Indonesian (at the claimant's election), and the arbitrator's decision shall be final and binding on both parties.
If any provision of this Agreement is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, such provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it valid and enforceable, or if modification is not possible, severed from this Agreement. The remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and any specific bonus or promotional terms, constitutes the entire agreement between you and pisa4d regarding your use of the Platform and supersedes all prior or contemporaneous communications, agreements, and understandings, whether written or oral.
You may not assign, transfer, or delegate your rights or obligations under this Agreement without prior written consent from pisa4d. We reserve the right to assign this Agreement, in whole or in part, to any third party, including in connection with a merger, acquisition, corporate reorganization, or sale of assets.
No waiver of any provision of this Agreement shall be deemed a further or continuing waiver of such provision or any other provision. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
